Vehicle Recovery 999 – Towing & Car Transportation Services

  1. Deposits and Cancellations
  • All deposits paid are non-refundable once the driver is en route or has arrived at the pickup location.
  • If the job cannot be completed due to incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer, the deposit will be forfeited.
  1. Liability for Vehicle Recovery
  • vehiclerecovery999 Limited is not liable for any damage that may occur while recovering a vehicle stuck in a ditch, bushes, or any other off-road condition.
  • Customers requesting recovery services acknowledge the inherent risks involved.
  1. Transporting Lowered Cars & Vehicles with Body Kits
  • Lowered vehicles or those with aftermarket body kits require special trucks for safe transport.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us in advance. Failure to do so means we will not be liable for any damage incurred during transport.
  1. Pre-Towing Vehicle Inspection
  • Customers are strongly advised to take pictures of their vehicle before towing.
  • This will serve as documentation in case of any disputes regarding damages.
  1. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges
  • The vehicle’s condition must be accurately described at the time of booking.
  • If the actual condition differs from what was provided, additional charges may apply.
  • If we are unable to proceed due to undisclosed vehicle issues, the deposit will be lost.
  1. Storage Fees
  • Vehicles left at our storage facility will incur a £30 per day storage fee until collected.
  • Storage charges begin 24 hours after the vehicle has been towed unless otherwise agreed.
  1. Use of Independent Contractors
  • We may engage self-employed drivers and independent contractors to complete jobs.
  • These contractors carry their own insurance, and any damage caused during transport must be claimed directly against them.

  1. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
  • Provided ETAs are only estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, and unforeseen delays.
  • We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by delays.
  1. Payment Policy
  • Payment is due in full before drop-off.
  • Failure to make payment may result in the vehicle being held until payment is received.
  1. Private Property Towing
  • Tows from private property require authorization from the property owner or manager.
  • We will not remove a vehicle from private property without proper consent.
  1. Reporting Damage & Claims Process
  • Any damage claims must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of vehicle drop-off.
  • Claims will be assessed, and liability will be determined based on available evidence.
  1. Exotic & Expensive Vehicles
  • Customers must provide prior notice if the vehicle is exotic, luxury, or high-value.
  • Special arrangements may be required to ensure safe transport.
  1. Policy Updates
  • vehiclerecovery999 Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
